Green Sanctuary sponsored Forum, “Community Choice Aggregation (CCA),” 6:30-8pm in Channing Hall. Presentation by Louise Gava, CCA Project Leader for MEGA, the administrator for the bulk electricity buying program that the Cities of Albany, Schenectady and Troy and eleven other municipalities in New York’s Capital Region are exploring.
