Albany UU Online 2022 Auction
This is the last weekend for buying items at our online auction, which ends on Sunday, June 5. There are many wonderful items remaining, some with reduced prices. You can still purchase tickets to To Kill a Mockingbird and Jersey Boys or places at dinners, hikes, a Tang Museum tour, Sailing on Great Sacandaga Lake and different game nights. There are family-oriented events—adults are welcome too—such as pool parties, bubble parties, and hikes. Finally, there are homemade foods, books, and artwork. Take a look before the auction ends! Please take advantage of this opportunity.
It is easy to register at 32auctions. Go to the website to see the exciting donations and select those you wish to buy: https://www.32auctions.com/albanyuu2022onlineauction. Remember that all items are fixed price and the first person to select an item wins it. It is important to go online quickly to get your preferred items and events. The last day to buy is Sunday, June 5.
Directions for Buying and Paying
- To begin buying auction items, you will need to create an account. You can access the auction on your smart phone, iPad, or computer. To create an account, go to the auction site and click on the login button in the upper right corner. In the popup that appears, click on create an account now and complete and submit the following screen.

- Begin buying items. Once you have created your account, you will see a screen with a link to the Albany UU online auction. Click on the link to reach our home screen and then select View All Items to see what is available. For each item, you will see an image, the title, the cost, and the number remaining. If you click on the title, you will see a description of the item and the donor. If you wish to purchase this item, click on the Buy Now Above the Buy Now button are arrows that allow you to go to the previous and next items. To return to the all items view, click on the back button on the upper left-hand side of your screen.
- Paying for items. Once you have purchased one or more items, you pay by sending a check for the required amount to Albany UU, 405 Washington Avenue, Albany, NY 12206. After your purchase, 32auctions will email you an invoice. The invoices are cumulative. If you purchase additional items during the auction, they will be added to your previous invoice preserving the invoice number. Put your invoice number on the memo line. We are not using 32auctions payment options because of the additional cost. On the home screen, you can click on Account to see a list of the items you have purchased. You will also find directions for paying on the home screen.
- Collecting your items. If you have purchased an event at a specific time, make note of the date and time. The host will contact you with more information before the date of the event. If you have purchased an item, you must arrange with the donor a time and place to retrieve the item. Donors will receive lists of buyers of their event or item.
The auction is an important annual event at Albany UU. Not only does it raise critical funds for the church’s budget, it is an important way of building connections among members. Both goals are especially critical this year.
