Mindfulness Meditation Workshop
Saturday, Feb. 18, 8:00 – 3:00 pm
Led by Rev. Sam Trumbore, this one-day workshop gives participants an opportunity to learn Buddhist mindfulness meditation techniques and/or refresh and deepen their practice.
