My Grandmother’s Hands Book group/workshop
Trauma therapist Resmaa Menakem examines the damage caused by racism in America from the perspective of trauma and body-centered psychology. This book offers a step-by-step healing process based on the latest neuroscience and somatic healing methods of how white supremacy lives in all of us. This book group/workshop will be facilitated by Philomena Moriarty LCSW who is also a trauma therapist. The sessions begin May 11 and end June 29, Tuesdays from 7:30pm – 9pm.
