N.Y. State Convention of Universalists 192nd Annual Convention
Friday and Saturday, October 19-20, the N.Y. State Convention of Universalists holds its 192nd Annual Convention in Syracuse. Keynote speaker is Dr. Gretchen S. Sorin. She is co-writer working with Ric Burns on the soon-to-be shown PBS documentary “Driving While Black: African Americans on the Road in the Era of Jim Crow,” which is based on her research. This is followed by workshops where you have the opportunity to meet with UUs from across the state.
