RENEWAL FROM WITHIN A DAY OF MEDITATION WITH MARK HART

Set aside this Saturday in early spring to drop into presence, invite joy and treat with kindness those sore spots in yourself you might encounter. This retreat devotes at day to communal silence, meditation, and mindfulness with instruction and dialogue to promote renewal at this turning of the season.

Mark Hart has practiced insight meditation since 1981, primarily studying with teachers from Insight Mediation Society in Barre, MA. Since 2000, he has studied non-dual awareness. He is the founder of the Bodhisara Dharma Community and is a member of the teaching council at Insight Pioneer Valley in Easthampton.
Local meditation teachers, Victor Anderson, Karen Beetle and Sam Trumbore are excited to bring Mark to the Capital Region. This event is sponsored by the First Unitarian Society of Albany.
