Sheridan Preparatory Academy Playground Celebration

On Friday, September 14 at 3 pm, we will celebrate the contributions of donors and volunteers to building a wonderful new playground at Sheridan Preparatory Academy. We hope you will come to the playground to celebrate with us!

Albany UU members have been generous in their contributions of time and money to the playground. Members and friends have contributed over $21,000 and the Endowment Trust, $5,000. Over 60 UUs and friends volunteered their time in October 2016 to construct the play equipment and this August to add colorful designs and games. Check out updated pictures of the playground!

Albany UU members and friends can be extremely proud of the support we have provided to Sheridan Preparatory Academy since 2012. In addition to working on the playground, many UUs have volunteered their time in the classroom and contributed money for field trips. Working together we can accomplish great things.
