UU Weekend at Silver Bay on Lake George

This weekend is my favorite of the year. What could be better than being in a beautiful place with wonderful companions, relaxing, learning and having fun!

Have you heard about the UU Weekend at Silver Bay? This eagerly awaited highlight of the fall season, held October 13-15, 2023, features stimulating workshops, campfires, nature hikes, live music, cozy conversations by the fireplace, archery, tennis and kayaking. Guided boat tours are available at a small additional cost.

Registration is now open. Reservations received by June 1, 2023 qualify for an “early bird” discount; those received between June 2-September 24, 2023 pay the regular rates. Children under 6 are free, with substantial discounts for older children and youth. Rates are listed on the registration form.

Additional information about Silver Bay and the UU weekend, including the registration form, will soon be available on Albany UU’s web page under Regular Events and Meetings. A preliminary schedule will be posted in the coming weeks. Rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis based on receipt of the completed registration form and accompanying deposit.

Remember – the cost is all-inclusive for room and board, activities and entertainment – including all meals from Friday dinner through Sunday lunch.
