Summer Services Coordinator Needed
The schedule for our Albany UU summer pulpit guests is ready – but now we need a Summer Services Coordinator! This is a paid position, requiring a few hours per week to coordinate communications and service planning among the pulpit guest, musician and service associate. Service details must be assembled for our office staff so that they can prepare the Order of Service and service slides. The position has some “up-front” work during April and May to do outreach to the presenters and compile service descriptions. Then there are weekly coordination tasks for the 11 weeks of summer services, running from June 25 through Sept 3. For more information, a job description, and compensation details, please contact Dawn Dana at dawn.dana56@gmail.com, or 518-495-8282.
