Many thanks to those of you who donated to the 2026 auction. The auction is our biggest fundraiser of the year. Not only is the auction an essential fundraiser, it is an important way to build community. The social events, dinners, garden walks, hikes, etc., give Albany UU members a chance to socialize and get to know each other better. You – all of us – generously provide these amazing experiences and items that people buy. There are always a variety of interesting and affordable items available, so everyone can participate.  On May 7, 8, and 9, you can review your donated item online for accuracy. Let us know if you spot any problems. You can also preview the auction offerings and plan what you would like to buy.

New this year! We have devised a great incentive to encourage first time participation in the auction. Anyone who did not register on the auction site in previous years but registers this year by 6pm on May 16 will automatically be entered into a raffle drawing on May 17. The grand prize is two places at your choice of 1 of 3 auction dinners. And more good news: Everyone included in raffle who doesn’t win the grand prize will receive a small consolation prize.

Previewing the Auction

To review your 2026 auction donation for accuracy or preview the available items, go to the auction site, https://www.32auctions.com/AlbanyUUAuction2026. Buying will begin on Sunday, May 10, at 1pm. You do not need a 32auctions.com account to preview items, but you will need an account to buy items. If you have created an account in the past, it still exists. See directions below for creating a new account or logging in to an existing account.

Viewing and Buying Auction Items

To purchase items, you must have a 32auctions.com account. If you have registered on the 32auctions.com site in the past, you still have an account. On the 32auctions.com site, you will see a yellow banner asking you to log in now or create an account. If you are new to 32auctions.com, click on create an account and follow the directions. If you have registered with 32auctions.com in a previous auction, click on log in now. Enter your email address and your password. If you do not remember your password, click on Forgot Password and follow the directions for re-setting your password.
