Revised bylaws were approved by the congregation in 2021, based on the change in Albany UU’s structure of governance that went into effect in 2019. The new bylaws are shorter and simpler than the previous bylaws. The change to Policy Governance calls for more details to be provided through policies and operating procedures, with less detail in the Bylaws.
